About Us
The Southport Yacht Club is governed by a Board of Directors maintaining two buildings and dock facilities on Cosy Harbor Road on the waters of Cosy Harbor on Southport Island, Maine. The club has a long history of promoting boating on the Maine coast with an emphasis on nautical education through the youth sailing program now run by the SYC Junior Sailing foundation. The club sponsors several events during the summer including racing, social, cultural and family activities.
